In addition articles in newspapers are also published to apprise the general public about the legal aspects of frequent happenings around them upon which CrossEdge has a specific interest.
TRAININGS AND CAPACITY BUILDING
CrossEdge arranges seminars and conferences in liaison with the academia, professionals and stake holders from state and sub-state organizations. In addition, focused training/awareness programs are organized for the professionals working in state organizations and private sector. It has been observed that a reasonable number of personal from the academia and corporate/legal sector are oblivious of the understanding of the basic rights and privileges that are available to them under the law. The concept is to make ‘those who matter’ aware of their rights which shall bring a change in the society as a whole.
SPECIALIZED CONSULTATIVE AND OPINION WORK.
State organizations are also reached out for specialized assignments like opinion work and legal representations in matters of national and international importance. The concept is that Pakistan has a whole is extremely non-compliant towards its international obligations under already ratified treaties and in this regard, proper academic support through the platform of CrossEdge is beneficial for the state interests.
